If you have any questions which we have been unable to answer on our website, whether it be order enquiry related or need any other information, you can contact us by email or telephone. 3. Do I need to register to order?
No. You can log in as a guest to complete a transaction, we do however recommend that you register your details for future orders.
4. What if I have forgotten my password?
Please click on Forgot Password link in members log in section and follow the instructions.
5. What if I can’t sign into my account?

ORDER
6. What fabrics do you offer?
We use beautiful and luxurious fabrics from the finest mills. Our fabrics include taffeta, lace, wool crepe, silk and beaded silk among others, as well as seasonal fabrics.
7. Where are your clothes made?
All our made to measure garments are hand made in our London based atelier. Our specialist in-house team will ensure that you receive the highest quality and an exceptional fit to every piece that is individually cut and finished to your own measurements.
8. How will I know if you receive my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us with an order email acknowledgement. Only once your credit card details have been approved and delivery address has been verified that your order will be accepted. At this point you will receive a second email confirming your order.
9. How do I know if my outfit will fit?
If you are ordering from Shop Online you will see a Size Guide on the product page, please use this to select the correct size. The measurement page is optional but will ensure that you receive the best fit possible.
10. When can I expect to receive my order?
It take 15 days from the date of order for you to receive your individually made garment(10 days for London deliveries).
11. What is your return policy on clothing?
Enclosed in every parcel you will receive a returns invoice if you wish to return your ‘Shop Online’ order simply fill this out following the instructions and enclose with the garment. Please ensure that you explain why you are returning or exchanging the garment. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your garment. If your garment has been ordered from the ‘Unique’ section no refund will be given but we provide a free alteration within 30 days. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any returned garments until they reach us.
12. What is your return policy on jewellery?
Returns of jewellery are accepted within 26 days of receipt. All our items are in pristine condition. We do not accept pieces that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
13. What if there is a problem with my order?
If you have noticed that a mistake has been made on your order, please contact us within 48 hours on info@lenyg.com
14. Can I order from overseas?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for shipping details. The delivery cost will be calculated according to the country, weight and size of your parcel.
UNIQUE SERVICE
What is the Unique service? In addition to our ‘Shop Online’ collection we also offer the ‘Unique’ range this is our Boutique section where the garment will be made-to-measure to your size and specification. These pieces are one off designs and are made from the most luxurious fabric.
15. What bespoke service do you offer?
In addition to our seasonal made to measure fashion collection, we also offer a bespoke service to clients looking to create a unique garment made to your own specifications.
We also create unique made to measure maternity wear for those expecting mothers who cannot find an outfit to fit their proportions or are just simply looking for that special dress for an occasion.
16. Do you have a shop or a fitting area?
We do not have a shop. Clients wishing to use our bespoke service can visit us at our Chelsea studio by appointment only.
17. Can I bring my own fabric?
Of course you can. While we offer a vast selection of fabrics, we understand clients may want a specific fabric that we don’t carry.
PAYMENT
18. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo & JCB.
19. Is it safe ordering online using my credit card?
Our site is as secure as we can make it. We use World Pay to process payments.
SHIPPING
20. Do you offer special delivery timing for orders in London?
For orders in London we offer a speedy delivery service of 10 days from date of order.
21. Which courier companies do you use?
We will choose the most appropriate courier company depending on your order, the time it was placed and courier available.
We will use the following couriers(interlink, parcel force..) but cannot specify prior to dispatch which one we will use.
22. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been picked up for delivery we will supply you with tracking details
23. What are the delivery charges on my order?
For all UK delivery we charge £15.
Contact us for shipping charges in Europe and the rest of the world.
24. What packaging will my order be shipped in?
Your order will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a black gift box. For security reasons the box will be placed inside tough resistant unbranded bag.
25. Is my purchase insured?
Leny G insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it has been delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that a signature from them is evidence of delivery and that we have fulfilled our responsibility.

26. Is my personal information kept private?
